Preventative Maintenance and Repair:

Customers are offered the option of having their equipment placed under a preventative maintenance contract that includes all labour charges and may/may not include parts as well as scheduled visits to alleviate problems. Customers may also opt for a repair only contract with service being provided only by customer request.

Our Standard office hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST Monday – Friday.

Required Customer Information for All Service and Support Calls

When calling the Service and Support Center, please have the following information available:

·    Customer name

·    Equipment Locate Number (obtained from  sticker placed on the front of the equipment by RBS)

·    Product Serial Number if Locate Number is not available

·    Your first and last name

·    Your contact phone number

·    Description of the issue along with the exact wording of any error messages

·    Details of what was being done prior to, during, and after the issue occurred
